Nice to meet you!

Have you ever come across a neighbourhood shop run by nice people that do a few things well? When it comes to helping people understand technology, that's us.

We love repairing things and we love how happy people are when we bring their precious devices back to life. Unfortunately repair has become a bit of a lost art in today's society. It's not that people don't like to repair things (they do) but rather that the stuff of today is designed to be disposable. Even if you really want to repair something the manufacturer often makes the process so difficult or expensive you give up. Thankfully that's starting to change with mobile devices and we hope it spreads to all areas of consumer electronics. Repair is a noble industry that employs local people and keeps stuff going longer and out of the landfill. We're moving toward a circular economy with repair and refurbishment right at the centre of it.

Our Customers mean everything to us and because of them we strive to continuously grow and improve our processes and techniques to better serve their needs. Each day our customers continue to tell us how happy they are and well, that makes this job all worth our while.

ThinkMonkey started several years ago from a vision to create a company that would have just the right blend of technically experience and customer friendliness -- and that still holds true today. We are a locally owned and family operated business that’s proud to call the Shuswap our home.

We are one of the fastest growing computer companies in the Shuswap region and their focus to deliver the best customer friendly experience means customers can enjoy the convenience of having their technology issues resolved at affordable rates and quality parts. We’ve spent over 20 years in the industry working with leading vendors to provide a unique and friendly customer experience.

We don't believe in any stupid questions and our company prides itself on educating and empowering users by building lasting relationships with every customer and encouraging them to embrace better living through technology.
